THE UJA-FEDERATION ROSE BILLER/JEWISH FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATION OF WOMEN (JFEW) SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
We are pleased to announce the ninth year of the joint UJA-Federation Biller Fund/Jewish Foundation for Education of Women (JFEW) Scholarship Program. This program provides approximately $1.4 Million in scholarships to Jewish men and women with significant financial need in the New York Metropolitan Area. The joint program is administered by the Hebrew Free Loan Society in accordance with the attached guidelines. Both men and women can apply for scholarships of up to $5,000.
Please note that women who are also eligible for the JFEW Émigrés in the Health Sciences Scholarship will automatically be considered for both, though limited to one award. They need to fill out only one application.

UJA-FEDERATION JEAN AND ALBERT NERKEN SCHOLARSHIP FUND
This year the Hebrew Free Loan Society will administer the Jean and Albert Nerken Scholarship Fund of the UJA-Federation of New York in accordance with the attached guidelines. Both men and women can apply for scholarships of up to $5,000. Please note that this is an extremely competitive scholarship program, and only complete applications submitted promptly according to the following instructions will be considered.

SELIM AND RACHEL BENIN SCHOLARSHIP FUND OF THE UJA-FEDERATION
The Selim and Rachel Benin Scholarship Fund, established under the auspices of UJA-Federation of New York and administered by the Hebrew Free Loan Society on behalf of UJA - Federation in accordance with the attached guidelines, provides tuition scholarships of up to $5,000 to both men and women. Recipients must be graduate students with substantial economic need in the physical sciences, engineering, architecture, computer science, mathematics, biological sciences or medical fields of study, who are studying in the United States, but intend to return to live in Israel.
