 The goal of the Immigrant Student Aid Program is to help low- and moderate-income immigrant families from the Former Soviet Union finance higher education. To apply for an Immigrant Student Aid Program loan (Student Loan) you must have submitted a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the current academic year and received a Student Aid Report (SAR).
