The program interviewers and mentors will keep all information disclosed to them in writing or in person strictly confidential.

2. I’m employed as a pharmacist and am interested in starting my own business.  Am I eligible to apply?
No.  The program does not support highly-paid professionals or new graduates in well-compensated professions who aspire to own their own practice/business.

Yes.

5. Can I borrow all the funds I need to open or expand my business through the Microenterprise Program?
We generally require that Microenterprise Program participants contribute at least 20% of the funding required to open/expand a business from their own funds.

6. How long does your process take?
HFLS staff will be in touch with you within a week of your submission of a Business Proposal Form.  The nature and duration of the services you receive through the Microenterprise Program will depend on your particular situation.
